- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- three/four cup cold water
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- Dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir in salt. Stir in cold water. Chill till slightly thickened.
- Fold cabbage, carrots, and nuts into thickened gelatin. Pour aggregate into an eight inch mold that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. Chill till firm.
- Set mould in a sink of hot water for a few seconds when equipped to unmold. Place serving plate on top of mildew, and turn over. Lift off mildew.
